My place has been on the market now for a few weeks. I struggled with this decision. I love my house- the lightness of it, the proportion of the rooms, the modest but pretty sleek kitchen- but other factors won out.

The house is two bedrooms, one bath, with a full very usable high-ceilinged basement and huge walk-up attic. It's a great house for two people, or could be easily made quite large with the renovation of the attic.
